With 8 years prior experience, the Lock-tec journey started in 1993 when I was 24 years old and still living at home with my parents. My Dad demolished his old garage and built a new one which became Lock-tec (HQ 1) and offered his engineering expertise for a year to help me kick start the business. Once established, Lock-tec moved in early 1999 to its first retail premises near The Bull Ring in Northwich (HQ 2), which at the time felt like a huge milestone. Over the next 15 years the business progressed, the team expanded and Lock-tec was able to buy and renovate larger premises, moving in 2014 to our current location on Castle Street (HQ 3). 

My work colleagues are by far our best asset and I feel blessed with the long-serving, talented team that we have nurtured and developed over the years.  In partnership with excellent manufacturers, the trust of loyal customers and our experienced dedicated staff, Lock-tec has been fortunate to provide guidance whilst pushing the boundaries of security technologies to exciting new levels. Here’s looking forward to a fast approaching 30th Anniversary and many more years to come.
